Built by sisters.

Driven by purpose.

Sisters & Shine is more than a cleaning company. It's a mission — to uplift women, serve overlooked spaces, and prove that kindness, cleanliness, and integrity can change everything.

Jessica founded Sisters & Shine with one clear vision — to bring an exceptional, certified level of cleanliness to med-spas and clinics, spaces that are too often overlooked by the cleaning industry despite the high standards they demand.

She brought in her sister Jamie as co-founder and admin, because building something meaningful has always been better together. Two mothers, two missions, one company.

A business born from sisterhood

“We built this for every woman who needed a real opportunity, every facility that deserved better, and every client who just wanted to trust that their space was in the right hands."

Sisters & Shine isn't just named after two sisters — it's named after every woman who has ever shown up, worked hard, and made something shine that others walked past without noticing.

The "Sisters" speaks to the bond at the heart of this company — the trust, the accountability, and the genuine care that Jessica and Jamie bring to every relationship, whether it's with a client, a team member, or a new hire just getting started.

The "Shine" is the promise — that every space we touch, every person we employ, and every partnership we build will be better for it.

The name says everything.
